We want our customers to be happy with their apron purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please let us know within 5 days of receipt of your aprons. Returns must be authorized before being shipped back to us please log into your account, click on My Account, then view orders to initiate and RMA (Return Material Authorization) number request. Once you have completed and RMA Request, you will be emailed instructions about how to make your return. Please do not ship your order back to us without and RMA number this will only delay processing of your returns.
Aprons must be returned in original packaging. The aprons must be returned in original new condition. We cannot accept aprons that have been laundered. Returns at buyers expense we do not refund shipping costs.
